Weekly Learning Challenges

🎯 Learning objectives

After this article, you should be able to:

  • Find this week's challenge on the Daily Learning page
  • Run a challenge as a family
  • Celebrate completion, not speed

A challenge is a quest with a friendly face. Every week, the Daily Learning page presents one Challenge of the Week — small, achievable and completely private.

This week\'s rotation

  • 🎯 Count Everything — count 20 things around your home and say each number out loud.
  • 🧠 Memory Story Maker — turn today\'s date into a picture story with the Number Mind Map, then recall it at dinner time.
  • 🔤 Word Collector — learn one new word in the Word Studio and use it in a sentence. Five words in a week!
  • ➕ Math Explorer — complete 10 math practice questions. Every answer counts, including the wobbly ones.

The rules of gentle challenges

  1. Optional — a challenge missed is simply a challenge not yet done.
  2. Personal — no comparing with siblings or classmates; the only "score" is the child\'s own satisfaction.
  3. Short — every challenge fits inside ten minutes.
  4. Celebrated — tick it off together on the Daily page and enjoy the little confetti.

For parents

Doing the challenge together doubles the value: count the stairs side by side, take turns adding pictures to the memory story, use the week\'s word at the dinner table. Challenges are an invitation to learn together, not a test to survive.

Find this week\'s challenge at the top of Daily Learning.
